Via Tender: Unusual search behavior

In my initial testing using the TMDb API, I've come across an unusual behavior while running similar search queries.
One of my test queries is "Lord of the Rings" which returns 6 results:
The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring (2001)
The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King (2003)
The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers (2002)
The Lord of the Rings (1978)
The Lord of the Rings: The Hunt for Gollum (2009)
Ringers - Lord of the Fans (2005)I accidentally ran one test as "The Lord of the Rings" - adding the "The" to the query - which only returns one result:
The Lord of the Rings (1978)At first I was impressed that it discovered the exact match and limited it down, but then I quickly realized that as cool as that was I still expected to see the other results that are still potential matches for the query. I don't know if I might just be missing something obvious, but I wanted to bring it up just in case.
