Via Tender: batch download/get changes since

Hi,
We would like to cache tmdb contents in our application (serverside) so we can integrate it in the applications own search and so we don't have to issue huge amounts of request (which would cause additional delays beside generating load for you).
Obviously we will attribute tmdb for locally cached contents.Now we could simply mirror the whole database using the api but that makes getting updates a bit annoying since scanning everything while still obeying the rate limitations takes several hours...
Is there a chance to either get a full dump or an api call that returns ids changed after some point of time?
