Via Tender: Get the list of the latest modified/updated movies

Assigned to API Support #927. As reported in Tender:
Hi
We are caching the TMDb content in our application and one of the major problems is to keep it updated. The unique solution by now, is to run from time-to-time a job that will make a lot of API requests to TMDb in order to update our cache. I would like to know, if there is a way (maybe outside the API) of getting the latest modified/updated movies list.
I found a previous discussion (http://help.themoviedb.org/discussions/problems/77-batch-downloadge...) with the similar concept, but I don't think it's the same. Based in my need I wouldn't need to specify the date to look for changes, I would only need a periodically updated list of modified content.
Let me know if there is something that target this need or if you are planning to have something related to it.
