Via Tender: No adult results searching for person

Hi everybody,
I'm trying to get adult actors results from the API v3 searching by their names, but the response contains only no-adult actors.
I have allowed this kind of results in my configuration, and I can get adult people details if I search by id.
I guess that there is another filter in the name search.
Can anybody help me?Thanks a lot
