avatars in "users in this discussion" section are differently rendered than "thread view" avatars

In fact, the avatars in "users in this discussion" section are of higher quality and less blurry than the avatars that appear above users' posts.
The difference is very small but I have compared pixels and confirmed it.

- Tag set to “bug”
- Milestone changed from “Icebox” to “Captain America”
Fairly certain this got fixed a few months ago. All of the avatars are using the same proper 45px sizes now.
