Via Tender: Can't add new language to movie

Assigned to Tender discussion #61. As reported in Tender:
I tried to add Dutch description to the movie Hanna. But when i click "click here to add it and proceed" it does not redirect me to the right page where i can fill all the information.
On the right side of the page "what's this?" i do see 5 times Dutch. But i can't edit it.I use the latest Firefox.
