Via Tender: Removal of the "foreign" genre

Assigned to Tender discussion #613. As reported in Tender:
I think it's a bit arrogant to allow the use of "foreign" as a genre considering that if I'm watching a movie that has been filmed in my country (in this case Australia) I would not consider it "foreign".
Perhaps we could remove the tag "foreign" and replace it with a list of countries?

if there is any place one might vote for removal please let me know as I second Travis Bell proposition to remove the "foreign" genre. If not then take my response as the vote for the removal
However I do not think there is a need of replacing it with any country flag as one can set that flag already in third tab of movie facts
