Via Tender: API v3: Interal Server Error when query for titles containing umlauts (äöüß)

Hi,
On API v3 I get an "Internal Server Error" message, when I search for titles containing umlauts. So far I found out that ä, ö, ü and ß cause this problem. It worked fine in v2.
