Via Tender: API v3 - Search Movies: move "year" to optional parameters?

Assigned to Tender discussion #257. As reported in Tender:
In current implementation of API v3 "year" can be added to movie title when searching for movies.
I'd like to suggest to move "year" from title to optional parameter. This should be more logical and clear, will require less processing power on server side and distinctly search for movie named by year like movie "2012".
