When no language parameter is specified, default to English

#70

Assigned to Tender discussion #183. As reported in Tender:

Hi,

Compare:

http://api.themoviedb.org/3/movie/38050?api_key=APIKEY
http://api.themoviedb.org/3/movie/38050?api_key=APIKEY&lang...

Problem specifically is the lack of a title in the second call, even though this is an English movie. Not sure if this is movie-specific or not - just happened to be the first one I tried.
