Also interested in this feature. It should work for Crew as well.
The use-case for me is that when I show what Cast & Crew a Serie or Episode has, it also mentions the episode count. Users can pick a person and then I'd like to navigate to the show, highlighting the episodes they starred in, or directed, etc.

I meant when showing the combined credits of a Person, with episode counts. See screenshot :)
