Format origin country for tv like production countries for movies

For movies, the country data is returned with iso_3166_1 and the English name. For tv, only the iso_3166_1 data is returned, without stating that this is the format.

Also, the fields are named differently. For movies it is production_countries, for tv it is origin_country.

I would recommend using to the movie format for tv as well.

    It will be nearly impossible to add this data to the existing methods now since it would be a breaking change to clients. What I can do though at least create a method to list the countries we use. I will update this ticket when it is complete.
