Add append_to_response parameter to search methods

#519

It would be great if the append_to_response parameter could be added to the search methods. I think this would be a great addition to the current api.

In specific I would like to get alternative title in the movie and tv show search results. This would allow me to severely cut down the number of API requests required.

Just checking in to see if this is going to happen. Any thoughts?

There are no plans for this right now. I'm busy with website work for probably the next ~3-6 months and do not plan on doing anything meaningful on the API side of things until I'm done.
