Perhaps both should have a 'with_original_language' parameter?

I have completed this ticket on movie and TV discover:

https://developers.themoviedb.org/3/discover/movie-discover
https://developers.themoviedb.org/3/discover/tv-discover

I don't think it makes sense for me to add functionality to search since I already have plans to re-build search with proper source language and querying support. When the new search is released it will already support this functionality.
