Via Tender: Alternative titles on the API

Assigned to Tender discussion #75. As reported in Tender:

Hello,
In my team we are trying to populate films with spanish AKA, as we need films having it.
But we have found that just now it is not possible to ensure that a film has an specific AKA defined or not (using the API).
In tmdb GUI you can access 'release-info' section to see a list of Alternative Names by country, but in the API, I just can found the 'alternative_name' field in Movie.getInfo response that seems to contain just one arbitrary AKA (the first one in the list) without country information.

If I use getInfo using the es-ES language, I always will get a title: The translated title if defined or the Original language in the other case.
But if the translated title is not defined, I can't be sure if the spanish title coincides with the original or it has not been set.

I think it would be useful to be able to get the complete list of Alternative Titles including country information.

If I'm missing something please tell me about
