Via Tender: v3 API errors when queries are double encoded

Assigned to API Support #1061. As reported in Tender:
Hello TMDB,
What is the correct way to supply search query in a local language in v3 version of the API?
In some cases I do get correct responses while in others I receive a 500 Internal Server Error as with the following query:
http://api.themoviedb.org/3/search/movie?callback=tmdb_searchComple...Best regards,
