Via Tender: Search for movies by keyword

Assigned to Tender discussion #829. As reported in Tender:
When search on the TMDB.org homepage, it's possible to search by a keyword and then get to browse through the movies but also the keywords that were found.
Is that possible using the 3-API? If yes, how? When searching, using the Movie-Query, I only have movies in the result set.
