I had no idea web series was not yet accepted in the TV section. I've filled out Half in the Bag and Bravest Warriors. I vote yes, but have no idea what you would have to change to accommodate web series. The only field that does not fit web series, as compared to tv series, is the runtime; where runtime can be variable in a web series.
