[TV] Banner Image Support

XBMC, Plex and possibly other media players support the banner view for listing television shows.
Please investigate if it will be feasible to include banner image uploading in the movie db.
As opposed to posters and fanart, banners must be exactly 758 x 140 pixels.
There are two levels of banners: Series and season level banners.

Yes, I'm still thinking about this. The answer is probably "yes, we'll ad it" but I just have to get through a pretty sizeable backlog of features/bugs at the moment.

Not going to implement. If a new image style is ever supported, it will most likely be square images. TBD.
