Via Tender: Backdrop image upload doesn't work.

Assigned to Tender discussion #14. This is happening in Safari too. There’s a JS error but I’ll be damned if I can figure out where it’s coming from.

Hi,
I'm trying to upload a backdrop image but it just hangs after showing the progress bar - I'm using IE 9. I've tried a few times in the last few days but always the same problem.
