Don't show movie ratings if the movie hasn't been released

Lets not worry about what to do with the ratings if they've already been added but it's simple enough to not show them in the view if the lowest release date is > today.

I would show the ratings at least a week before release date to allow people to decide what to see. And maybe don't allow ratings until 3 weeks before release date to keep people from rating a movie they haven't seen but also to allow for when profesional reviewers see screeners and post their ratings.
