Via Tender: 502 Bad Gateway

I get a lot of these error message when try to access posters or fanart section of a movie, in most cases I am trying to upload images but end have to give up trying and move onto the next film which will be fine, seems very sporadic. Has done it twice tonight once for the following film when trying to access the posters.
