Via Tender: User created/shared lists?

#197

Assigned to Tender discussion #1110. As reported in Tender:

Hello. Love movies so I love your site. Can you give us the option to create lists such as must see movies that we can share with others? I know we can mark movies as favorites but we need more. it would help bring in many new members when they click the shared link on social networks like facebook, google plus and twitter.

We can create other lists of movies too like Oscar winners, or favorite romantic comedies, sci-fi flicks, etc.
