Via Tender: Recommender system?

Hi
It'd be awsome to see you add a recommender system (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Recommender_system ). I think you have enough votes on movies so far to get the ball rolling, and if you add it it'll really encourage people to rate movies. It might also encourage some of the services that are integrated with themoviedb (like xbmc) to add "user rating sync to server", so they can get info on recomendations for their users.
There are open implementations of recommender systems in quite many languages, so it shouldn't be too hard to add. And I'd be happy to help if you'll let me :)
