[bug] Move TV Credits Failed

I used the move tv credits function to move the TV credits from person/1213410 to person/1182929. After forcing a refresh of both pages all of the tv credits from 1213410 are gone. I've moved a lot of credits this morning from other person records and each time a forced page refresh will show the new credits which leads me to believe that the script failed in this case and the credits are either deleted or orphaned.
There are two ways to move credits: Using the admin menu in the top-right or by clicking 'edit' next to the person details and clicking the 'Move TV Credits' tab on the left. In this case I clicked 'edit next to the person details.

- State changed from “new” to “invalid”
When this happens, click the "Clear Credit Cache" from the admin drop down.
This happens when the write operation takes longer than it takes for the page to reload.
