Categorize images?

Assigned to Tender discussion #4. Some users don’t like seeing the ‘neutered’ posters and only want to see the official ones. This idea has some merit and could maybe warrant the ability to mark them as such and then have a user pref to hide/show them.

Would be a lot easier to just support image tagging. Kind of like how we already do person tagging on backdrops.
