Via Tender: Release dates 404 when editing

Assigned to General Questions #1652. As reported in Tender:
The date as entered is incorrect for the title I added:

Since it is a short, I have not been able to find a release date other than 2011. The application would not just take a year and has now coded it as opening in 2013. It may well have debuted at the Ann Arbor Film Festival in late March 2011, but that's the best I can find for a date. I tried to delete this info but was unable to do so.
