Deleting a movie doesn’t actually delete it

Perhaps it’s finally time for us to look at a “active” flag or some other mechanism of allowing movies to be deleted but not show up on TMDb, the API or people cast lists. A flag is probably the wrong way to go about it but here’s the story for us to throw around some ideas.
