Add the ability to report people to Tender

Assigned to Tender discussion #1293. As reported in Tender:
I have uploaded a new image of an Adult Actor, less "explicit" as the one that shows in her current profile, but I cannot delete or hide that previous image in order to allow that it does not appear in first place when searching info of that person using any app.
I know that I cannot delete images but, is it possible to prioritize one instead of the other?
I think also that it will be useful to include the possibility to report this issues directly from the Actor page, the same way as it is possible from a Movie page, instead of using this way of contacting you.
