Implement single sign on for Tender

Instead of requiring users to have 2 separate account (TMDb + Tender) lets integrate the SSO to use TMDb’s auth system.

This has been completed.
We don’t have a very good workflow for users needing to register for a TMDb account who come from Tender but I guess that’s the best we can do for now.
