Via Tender: Website does not allow image upload when running on iOS

Assigned to Tender discussion #412. As reported in Tender:
When the TMDB website is visted from an iOS device (iin my case, the Pad 2 running the latest version of the operating system), I can create both movie and person (actor/crew, etc.) profile pages, but I cannot add an image to those profiles despite the fact that the image that I wish to upload is available in both the iPad's camera roll and clipboard. In fact, the upload button does not respond at all.
