Via Tender: Try to detect language entry and verify it matches the content

Assigned to Tender discussion #120. As reported in Tender:
User vikikang has changed the English description of The Way Back (2010) to Chinese. Is there any way of changing the error? I have tried to edit the description but I get a text box that I can not type into.
Also is there any way of warning users that change content to the wrong language?
