[Request] target="_blank" on record link in content report

The thread that is created when an user submits a content issue report has a link to the page from where the report button was clicked. Please add target="_blank" to the link attributes so that the link opens in a new tab/window. This small request will help me and the other moderators more quickly move through the issues since we have to open a new tab anyway to keep the thread available for replying/closing after fixing the issue.

Closing this ticket, I think control/command-click is sufficient if you want to load links in another tab.
