Exact title not always found

Reproducing the problem:
When I search for either "Samurai I: Musashi Miyamoto" or "Samurai I: Musashi Miyamoto (1954)", the expected result is returned. When I search for either "Samurai II: Duel at Ichijoji Temple" or "Samurai II: Duel at Ichijoji Temple (1955)", no results are returned. The "missing" movie is definetly in the database with that exact title. Copy-and-pasting the title into the search bar (with or without the year) does not work.
There appears to be a newline in the title text between the title and the year. Perhaps this has something to do with it? Samurai III and four of the six Lone Wolf and Cub movies have the same problem.
I apologize if this issue has already been raised. To the best of my knowledge it has not. It may be somehow related to a bug with titles ending in numbers http://tmdb.lighthouseapp.com/projects/83076/tickets/38-searching-f....
