Via Tender: Backup your personal account data

G'day. I was just wondering if there is a facility to back up your personal data? (e.g. watchlists, favourites, etc,)
I would really like to transition to TMDB as my main tracker for this kind of info, instead of the 'other' site that I'm now mainly using. But before I do, I wanted to check on the backup options (for example the way you can download a spreadsheet of all that from the other site.) Losing track of everything I've watched, rated, etc if anything went wrong would really suck. :)
